Slow and steady wins the race! I set out with hopes of losing about 1 lb per week. I did not want to lose the weight too fast because I know that it would only come back faster... to lose weight and maintain you need to learn good eating habits. I have been averaging 1-2 lbs per week and I couldn't be more proud of myself.
Onward!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
