Another busy week! This is the second of two weeks where I've worked overnight shifts on Thurs-Sun in addition to my regular 40 hour workweek. While the extra money is good, it is very hard to stay on track with my eating and logging my food/journaling. I think I've done pretty well... a few days I've gone over my 1300 calorie target but have still stayed under 1800 cal. Another pound down and only 3 lbs to go before I reach my 175 lb mini goal. Hopefully I can do it before my September 9 deadline! Time to get back to work. Onward!
