So day 1 of the Fat Fast wasn't too hard at all. I wasn't hungry. I didn't get my time on the treadmill due to needing to go to the store and working late, but I hope to today. Things seem to be moving somewhat better and hopefully today will be just as 'easy' as yesterday was. I know at the end of the fat fast I will likely pick some weight back up, but hopefully this will get me back 'regular' and break through the stall that I seem to be in.
