Woke at 218.2, up 1.8 after my pub crawl last night! I should have been down a few but life happens! Happy hour tonight but will probably use lunch as my last major meal of the day. UPDATE: Had a salad at lunch and protein shakes with my vitamins morning and night. That did it for the day and I got back down to 213.4 after some water loss and food movement. Got a ton of exercise today, too.
