Fell off the wagon this morning and ordered a very bad breakfast from Burger King. I convinced myself that this was necessary because I did respite overnight and there was nothing for me to eat in the house. In reality, I should have planned ahead. I could very easily have brought cereal from home or even Bel-Vita. I also could have chosen something better than a crossanwich and hash browns. Ugh!
To top it all off, exercise was pitiful because my foot (plantar fasciitis) was on fire from walking around barefoot last night.
Back on track tomorrow.
Onward!
