? Well 24 days early. Crashed and burned today. I am just going to continue to eat healthy and maybe one day I'll try again. ?

Don't think I'll give you permission to quit on yourself. Looks like you've come so far! Closer you get to 40 young pup, the harder this will be so scoop yourself up a big bowl of your favorite ice cream and savor every bite. Then get back to teaching yourself and your children what it is to eat healthy! Gods speed!

Dust yourself off and climb back on the horse. You were honest with both yourself and with your FS buddies, so you're already holding yourself accountable. We have all been there.

An occasional crash and burn is good for you. Just get back on track ASAP and watch the results.

I don't know what 30/30 is but what makes you think you crashed & burned. The pizza? Unless you don't like pizza it's just not realistic to think you'll never have it again. If you can't get by it then take something positive from it. For example maybe a real C & B would have been if you ate the whole thing instead of just 2 pieces. You still ate under 1400 cals. for the day. Don't beat yourself up and don't get so obsessed with this diet thing it gets to be a chore. You're doing a good job and making great progress. Look forward, not back. Keep up the good work. I know I don't do a lot of sharing on here, it's just not the way I am but I will share this with you in the hope that it helps a little. I am about 15 pounds away from a 200 lb. loss and I eat pizza every week. Don't give up.

Don't give up. Its just 30 days. :) I eat like this 80/20 now after doing for 60 days. I found out that some dairy really made me feel ill.
