Tracked well this week, but I think I might also try keeping my calories to around 1000 for the coming week. Only managed 2 hours of exercise so I'll try to get another done on the treadmill tomorrow.

Calories low. Not thinking your body is compensating?

Thanks LCFF! Mervin I feel like I have to try something as I've been stuck around the same weight for months now. Haven't been able to stick to 1000cal, but glad to be averaging below 1200 so far. Will weigh in officially tomorrow morning.

1000 cals are way too low. Maybe if you are 1,4m tall and weigh 40 kg. But for 99% of people anything under 1500 is too low. Be careful to not starve yourself.

Have to agree about the low calories. I had a quick look at your nutritional summary. Where i would make a major change is to push up your protein. It is very low - every day. Just a suggestion for your macros: keep your fats around 40 to 50; protein above 100; carbs 130 to 140.
This is 'cutting' macros for your weight and exercising 4hrs a week.
