Happy Weekend, my Best Buddies!
I made it! I did five days at my gym this week with four of those days in a row. I know that may not sound like a big deal, but Orange Theory Fitness kicks me to compete and work my hardest. I have certainly done consecutive days before but it is coming from foot surgery that makes this a big deal!
My nutrition plan is slowly improving to meet my proposed macros. I am craving carbs lately and trying to fill in with good veggies - not starches. My husband said he owed me a "Valentine's" dinner...there may be slight deviation in the future so I will need to watch my portions! EDIT: O opted to stay home and cook my own healthy meal tonight! I am trying to get my bodyfat down!

Short Range Goals: * Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10-15% carbs - better under 10%! * Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - June? * Drink at least 12 - 14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals: 2017 *Bodyfat at 20% (Current 24.5%) by year end 2017 *Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-158lbs staying under goal weight *Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts NEW Words of the Week:“Temptation is not to be feared, but controlled.” I am dedicated, determined and diligent!
