I need a change. I think I am consuming way too much caffeine in a day. I'm going to try to ease back some each day and see if I can sleep better. I feel like a total crazy person because I got up at o'crazy early this morning and went running because I could see the storms coming. I ran mostly in good weather but got rain and lightning at the end. I'm glad I got my run in but as soon as I finished, the rain cleared and it was all gone. Yes, I'm C-R-A-Z-Y! I'm going to start praying for help on the diet mt dew. I've tried for so long and I'm only get worse and needing/wanting more and more and more. I'm never satisfied. I'm so good with my food but I can't get control of the diet mt dew devil.
