Well, today I looked into the LCHF diet and think it's a good option for me. I'm going to do some more research and find some recipes. I like to cook on the weekends and freeze to bring lunches for work. My biggest weakness is desserts though, I have tried many "diabetic" desserts and they are all HORRID! So, I'm going to try my hardest to stick to fresh fruits and the occasional piece of dark chocolate - we'll see how long that lasts. Started this morning doing some push ups, squats and taking my vitamins! I feel pretty good today. :-)

Its the one that im following with 16:8 fasting. Not really a breakfast person which is why I chose the fasting. Lunch is usually salad with chicken, tuna or pan seared tilapia My favorite dinner is pork and cabbage cooked in bacon fat. :p Good luck!

I started the LCHF diet on Dec 19th. Even with the holiday deserts ( in moderation) I've lost 9 lbs. Still struggling with the sweet tooth. Using stevia to sweeten my tea has helped a lot. Hang in there, the LCHF diet works.

LCHF way of eating has changed my taste buds to scream at 'sweet'. I rather like fruit though, that is a problem when you are LCHF
