We both were eating leftover ham, I see. LOL! That looks really good. I made a low carb cauliflower and ham casserole au gratin tonight.

Both are lovely looking salads. Despite reading fantastic ideas for salads I just can't get enthusiastic for them. I'm going to try harder in 2017 though as they're a great way to bulk out a meal while keeping carbs low.
