I enjoyed my workout this morning. I did strength training for the lower body and some cardio. My diet wasn't too great up until yesterday. Today I jumped on the scale and I had put on 1.4kg and so I have been eating very clean today. I will be starting a 12 week challenge from the 1st and hopefully get to goal weight of 55kg by the end of March.
