An Addiction That is certainly what this feels like. I did good today... lots of water. all keto foods. but I feel ravenous. ever since I got home from work, all I've done is eat. salad for dinner, one pice of dark chocolate, a plate of veggies, a little sour cream dip. two cups of hot tea, no sugar. I just want to keep eating. steel resolve time: I'm going to brush my teeth, take a shower, and go to bed. maybe I can sleep these feelings away.
