Woke at 215.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. Not bad considering I ate two dinners yesterday and basically woke up still full. Did a happy hour with some meat and cheese and then took my son out for dinner when he picked me up and I added a steak salad (and a few items at home after that)! Will move out some water today and should be back on track.
