Talk about cheating. I did so good this morning and lunch but for dinner I ate way to much. I could not stop snacking. Fallen off the wagon? I jumped right off in one night! Oh well tom. should be a much better day :).

I have found that if i know what my downfall is, to prepare better for it. Make sure you make up a whack of 'good' snacks for yourself...that way when you need to snack, you've got healthy choices. at least that way if you eat a bit too much, you're eating good stuff anyhow. until tomorrow then :)

hey~~ i still think cheating is healthy b/c if we are gonna embrass this life style, we might as well stick in stuff we like (and need!)... i just keep in mind that no matter where and when, i can always eat whatever snacks, so from now on i'll just eat a moderation of them...
