Hello I just started the south beach diet on May 8th. I am getting married in November and wanted to get back to my old weight. Ok maybe not the 107 I once was but a healthy weight. I have been training for about 4 months. I train 3 days a week with a trainer. I also hit the cardio about 4-5 times a week. You have to workout. If you are not working out you need to rethink your diet. I am here to learn. There is so much to learn about this SB thing. I love hearing what everyone else has to say.

What can I EAT? Phase 1
[img][i]I am also rushing alot. What I do on these days. I boil 3 eggs while I am getting ready and eat the eggs whites with some turkey bacon. Great idea. Also a great idea like everyone else is saying to prepare it the night before. Also a good idea is to take your lunch to work also. The 15 min, you spend cooking breakfast and making lunch will save you so many calories. Plus you do not have to leave work to pick something up. Good luck. You may end up like me waking up 1/2 hour earlier to make sure you eat!

Is there anything else sweet to eat besides Jello in Phase 1????
Hey my girl friend told me about these Dove Chocolates. They are sugar free and it is a great snake to eat after dinner.They are in the candy isle. It does not taste at all like diet anything. My brother was eating them when he came over and he hates anything diet. I love them Smile
