Woke at 217.8, down 3.4 from yesterday. Water slowly moving out. Targeting somewhere between 1300-2000 calories today. This is Emily's last day in town for her visit. Will adjust and eat something between 600 and 1300 tomorrow to get back on track. UPDATE: Made paleo waffles for the family this morning, my first actual breakfast-time breakfast in a long time! Have a great NY Times waffle recipe that I converted with almond flour and coconut oil. Added fresh fruit, so carbs will be up there. Had a flight of beers with Em at the airport, too. So we got a taste of 7 brews. Very nice. Logged two beers for that. More carbs, but fun. Will log weight again in the morning and tabulate my calories. Might have to fast all day! :)
