This has been a good but crazy week. I am not on my regular schedule due to VBS so no exercise. I have tried to stick to eating plan, but there has been some variation. Thinking about skipping tomorrow's weigh in and taking a week to get back into routine and then weighing in. I know it's life and I wouldn't change a thing about this week. No complaints just being real.
