Good Morning guys! I am on day 5 of my fast and I am feeling well :) I checked my monthly food log and FINALLY my average daily average intake is below my RDI so I will probably break my fast today, it depends on whether I am hungry or not this evening. I have had another couple of inbox messages telling me that I need to eat. I understand that you folks are concerned about my health. Don't be, I actually know what I am doing and this is not an eating disorder issue. I have enough fat on me to fuel myself for several months if I chose to fast that long. I am not going to explain my WOE in a bunch of individual messages so I simply deleted them. Those of you who are concerned about my health need to go read my entire journal and you will get a better understanding of where I was and where I am going. Suffice it to say, I don't need encouragement to eat, I need encouragement to not eat :) Zooming right along here folks! Ya'll have a fantastic hot sweltering day!
