Whelp today is going to be a super fun day. Trying to do the "2" part of the 5:2 fast and its Crawfish festival day at work. For those not versed in the intricacies of such a festival it is basically fair food mixed with the hot and spicy boiled mud bug. So for the next 12 hours I will be surrounded by the aromas of smoked andouille sausage, funnel cake, boiling crawfish, fried catfish, hush puppies, french fries, beer, margaritas, etcetera ad nauseum...but I'll make it. Somehow.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2016:

are you doing the 500-600 calories on "low" day? crawfish are pretty low cal aren't they? hopefully you can fit it in to your program!

I'm shooting for it to be around that area. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I am not really participating in the festival, rather doing the cooking for it.

Sometimes the smell of these can turn me off ...but good luck sticking to your plan.
