I cheered up a sick friend just out of hospital, we had thin base vegetarian pizza with salad and I ate 2 bananas she gave me for 2 days breakfast. I'm out of keto fat burning and gained 4 lbs. I'm now just 1lb lighter than I was early Feb, despite eating really healthy 1,000 call and <20gms net carbs and cycling 30 mind a day. Grr get back on the wagon, you fat lazy greedy slob or you'll never fit into that lovely new dress for the May garden party !!! 👗
