Had a good food prep week. Lowered my Sodium over the last couple of days and drank a lot of water. Seems to have flushed out some excess water weight.
I'm taking on a new challenge starting tomorrow. I signed up for Cross fit Bootcamp. Looking forward to learning and taking on this challenge. Wish me luck!
