Looking great! And you are giving me hope that my belly fat will eventually dissolve as I look kinda like your "before" (only female). RE: skin tightening - I read it can take up to a year for skin to recover as much as it is going to do. I'm thinking of increasing food sources of collagen to help the skin. Check out Mark Sisson's primal website for information on this, but the quick info is bone broth, grisly lower quality meats (eat the grisle)and gelatin are good sources. These can be incorporated in just about any diet except vegetarian.
