DAY 35 ...looking great from where I am standing ..keeping up with the exercise where possible..I start the hydrotherapy next week ..This can only help my back ..After surgery 13 years ago I now get told ..I have a slipped disc even lower ..done the physio.now got to try whatever they offer me ..HAPPY DAYS ..xx
