Woke at 216.4, down .4 after a 2400 calorie deficit day. Will eat between 300-550 calories today to end the month. Taking my calorie target down about 150 a day for February. Will target 1825 a day.

1800 avg daily calories worked for me in January. My weight is a lot more than yours however, my try, fail, adjust approach is similar to yours. You will figure it out. No doubt.
