today i felt tired mostly so no gym, but did some excercises at home with hand weights and some floor excerises, when the weather changes from hot to cold, which it does here a lot it mucks around with my energy somehow. i wasnt that hungry today, just thirsty and craved some fresh pineapple,hope the scales show my efforts soon lol
