DAY 8 AND 9...looking great from here ..hope I can get back into the habit of not forgetting to log in daily ..but ,hey oh this is better than it has been for ages ...just want to see what the scales say ..but going to try not to be too down hearted POSITIVE ATTITUDE NEEDED HERE ..xx
