egg, yogurt, 🫐 protein bake. 1egg, 100g 0% Fage, 1tbs SF Torani’s S’mores, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 56g frozen blueberries. I used the blender then topped w berries. Bake@350, 30 min. Going to add coconut flour & xanthan gum next batch.

That looks like it was really good! Coconut flour will add a touch of sweetness, and make it more cake-like than custard-like? Either way sounds really good

I tried the coconut flour batch this morning. I prefer it with the flour. More “bread pudding” ish texture. :)

FYI… this weekend I replaced 2 tbs of coconut flour with 1tbs lupin flour and I like the texture better. A little more of a smoother texture. More true to a bread pudding texture.
