Congratulations! If you can lose that much, I can lose 18 percent of what you did, eat vegetables in the quantities that you would, and feel great.
I should lose 0 pounds but lower my BF% so much that BMI is irrelevant, but I don’t have that kind of willpower 😂😂😂
