About 10 days ago I ditched using any “milk” or “fake milk” products in my coffee. I now put a few scoops of protein powder in a mason jar with 2 cups water and shake it and put in the refrigerator. That allows the powder to dissolve in the liquid. At first I just tried adding the powder to the hot coffee and it was nasty and would coagulate.

Honeebuns, thats interesting!! I scoop collagen, and protein into mug, add splash of milk and whisk until creamy. Add splashes of coffee and keep whisking until half full and then no clumps should remain!!

Honeebuns, maybe I’ll swap milk for protein powder, too! I’ll think about it. I do love milk though.

I mixed protein powder with almond milk and cold brew coffee in a shaker and it was fantastic.
