Since I have been here I have seen several come and go. I go through streaks sometimes myself where I have busy days and realize it was a few days that I haven't logged in and recorded my food or weight etc. even though I don't weigh myself every day it is helpful to keep my food chart.....but then again being busy in life is sometimes good too. Be blessed :)
