Woke at 215.4, up 2.0 from yesterday. Ate nearly 3200 calories yesterday but the carbs were mostly complex. Burned just over 3000, so no lasting damage. Going to eat lightly today.

Sounds like we may have had similar calorie days, except my carbs were not the good kind. :) But one day of it doesn't do any lasting harm. Glad you enjoyed the outing.
