Woke at 236.7, down .4 from yesterday. We are going to my retirement ceremony this afternoon, after which there will be happy hour. UPDATE: The only thing I ate today before a late dinner was a piece of cake at the ceremony. I came home at 236.1 and then ate some steak, pork, and a banana. I've decided to add some carbs before bed to see how that works.
