Woke at 219.4, up 1.2 after a day that included a late dinner with drinks and a little dessert. Caught up on some sleep, ate some good protein and good carbs, and will head out for an hour HIIT walk/run. Over on calories the past two days in a row, so this will be an adjustment day. Going to target 1135 calories or a deficit of 1740 calories, or some combination thereof.
