I grind up pork rinds and use them to coat chicken. I use air fryer and they come out so yummy. Pseudo fried chicken!

I need an air fryer!! That sounds so good! I’m going to try that!

Storms, you could easily do it in oven. I use boneless chicken breasts, dip in liquid eggs whites and I teaspoon brown or Dijon mustard, then coat with crushed up, seasoned pork rinds. Bake or air fry accordingly. It’s delish! I haven’t used flavored pork rinds but I’m sure it would be good as well. I just season the plain ones with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sometimes I add rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning. Use whatever combo you have.

Yummy! I really need to make it a point to get more pork skins in. They are a great way to get in collagen and much cheaper than supplements.

@Diana123…I definitely could use my oven! I will try this recipe. I use mustard too when making my homemade chicken nuggets, but this time I will blend some bbq pork rinds for the coating!
