I HAD PANCAKES.... thats right.. yummy pancakes...1 net carb each.. used this recipe : http://www.forestandfauna.com/flax-jacks-pancakes/ anyhow they were great with walden farms sugar free syrup and some bacon and eggs.. i had a feast..Oh it felt so normal for a bit. All is well in the universe. Anyway, gearing up for a long day at work. DH's part time job asked him to work a few extra days so he is working tonite which means we need to "juggle" the car so i can get to the gym. it will be a small challenge but all in the name of me meeting my goals this week. Going to make "pollo con calabaza" today which translates as chicken and squash but i make it "soup" style with so me sausage in it.. mmm.. makes great left overs..plan to have it ready early bc i want to reattempt my protein shake tonite with modifications.. Im actually looking forward to it.. Hope everyone has a super duper awesome day..
