Did 48hrs fasting
164.7 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can I ask you how did it feel? Do you lose much weight? Do you feel different? I’m interested in the longer fast but I don’t think I can do more than 24 hours

It was actually quite easy for me because l traveling from Chiang Rai to Melbourne connecting in Bangkok . Drinking plenty of water and some coffee.

I couldn't fast that long need food. but great fast

I have to eat my 3 meals daily. My blood sugers are erratic due to medications and insulins.
