Love your dress and love your boots!!! I love boots too I think they are so much fun. Looked like a great time!! I love macadamia encrusted halibut and it is so worth the extra calories. It is a new day and you will be back on track. Sometimes the body needs a change so don’t be to hard on yourself and hopefully it comes right back off in a day or two.

Rpl-i have to be able to incorporate restaurant food from time to time i just need to be more aware. It was so so good tho💕. I see these hooker boots and HAD to find a way to wear them. I was shopping for post surgery front entry (for arms) clothes at the time and voila i have the geriatric version of the movie pretty woman happening (dont judge😂). Still looking around for Richard Gere tho😂😂😂

Even better yet!! I enjoy being tall and doesn’t bother me to wear some heels as long as I am not standing a long time! I think the dress is awesome and you rock the look!

You look fabulous! One fun meal out...even way over your calorie allowance...won't hurt. Even if your weight is up, it will go right back down if you go back to your usual WOE. Treats should be an accepted part of life & not regretted if most of the time you're eating well.

You look fabulous!!! Those boots! Sometimes upping your calories for a few days boosts your metabolism. Plus, you had healthy fats which don’t raise your insulin and store as fat. Just used for energy.
Going too low for long periods slows the metabolism or so I’ve learned anyway.

Yep storms, too low does slow the metabolism i just didnt have a choice as i got zero movement at 1200, 1100, 1000. When i cut to 700 i lost 1 pound that week. That was a year ago. My hope and plan has been that as i get weight off and increase muscle it wil allow me to at least have 1300-1500 calories as maintenance. Staying consistently around even 1000 has been tough. Ive been hungry this entire past year and even now. Just learning to live with it and drink lots of water. My adrenals are functioning at about 10% so that doesn’t help. But to have such a big jump in one day and then go down on the scale blows my mind. Makes me hope…is today the day i can have more calories (healthy ones). Fingers crossed. How’s your summer going? 4 years 11 months to retirement now?

I know all of our bodies are different, but I have had good luck increasing my total calorie count. I lost @ between 1200 to 1500ish. I slowly raised my allowance after I met goal over time. After joining the Gym a year ago I continued to slowly lose & maintain at 5 to 10 lbs. below my goal weight at that time. My calorie allowance is set at 1700 now, but some weeks I've been maintaining eating an average of 2000. I've read that working out speeds up your metabolism causing you to continue burning more calories even into the next day. Since my workout schedule is Mon., Wed., Friday my body my body must be burning higher calories even on off days. My point is, you should be able to eat more over time if you are consistently working out.
