Pre-fast weight, it's up a bit, I am certain it's water weight gain from my over indulgence with watermelon. I'm a bit puffy under the eyes and my fingers are slightly swollen. I have only done my 12 hour nightly fast and even it got shortened one day this week as I ate after 7, but I'm pumped to start our waning gibbous moon fast, I'm starting after dinner....this ought to be fun!
