Coconut 🥥, nut, chocolate clusters. 2c unsweetened coconut flakes, 2c any nut (I used slivered almonds & walnuts), 1c Lily’s Dark Chocolate chips, and 1 can Sweeten condensed coconut milk. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. 4th of July treat!

Thank you everyone! @TVail…Oh, I HAD to have ONE!! It took a lot of determination and WILL not to eat 5 or 6!! BUT, just eating 1 DID raise my blood sugar. I felt it because I don’t normally eat like this! So, best to limit the intake of deliciousness. Spread the joy out!! Lol
