Late Sunday evening journal entry after a busy few days. Weigh-ins were 232.4 on Thursday, 230.9 on Friday, and 230.6 on Saturday morning. Then I traveled to announce a drag race and awards ceremony on Saturday. I went completely off the rails with breakfast, lunch (two), a large dinner, and plenty of light beers afterward while recapping the weekend with friends. Sunday, I drove back to town and ate nothing until dinner. Nonetheless, I weighed 235.5 coming in the door! Looking forward to getting back on track during the upcoming week.
