I'm really mess right now. Mentally. The group project at school really wears me out. No, it's not the project; it's group members. Then here comes TOM. *sigh*

Yesterday, until later afternoon, I was so frustrated and upset that I did not feel like eating. Then later night, I was so angry and cranky, and my feeling to food swing to the opposite side. I was not that hungry but needed something sweet.. or something, just something. It's just crazy. I really cannot handle my stress well during PMS...

I did not workout yesterday as I planned. I hope I have enough will power and energy to do workout today and record food here as well.

Kaz, it'll get better soon, promise. I hate PMS time myself, life is bad enough, then you've got to deal with THAT, too and it it's like throwing too much gas on an open flame. Just do your best to relax when you can, take a deep breath, stand longer in a hot shower, count to 10 when people get on your nerves (or count to a 100, as I've been known to do). With food, I've learned to indulge in small amounts to subside cravings, so you don't over-eat on bad things, later. In this heat, I keep a ton of frozen fruit in the freezer (in place of ice cream). Frozen grapes or blueberries with a little vanilla flavored sugar on top will satisfy most of my sweet tooth problems. Throwing them in a blender with some fat-free yogurt, or even plain fruit with just extra ice to make a slush would be good alternatives, too. Hang in there, you'll make it through and it'll be worth the satisfaction in the end.

Thanks, Nat. My PMS seems getting worse every month. It was not like this...like, say, five years ago. I probably need to set "reminder" every month to warn myself that "the time is coming close; watch out your emotional change!" I'm not joking:)

I actually downloaded an App to my smart phone that tracks my cycle. It's really helped me in a lot of ways I didn't think would be that important. I can recognize when something is actually wrong now- or judge if it's my hormones giving me trouble. I understand how you feel about it seeming to get worse- I feel the same way, only mine turns to more anger, when I used to be so laid back and easy going. If it seems too bad, bring it up with your doctor at your yearly, so that he/she will pay closer attention, run extra tests if necessary and reassure you that nothing is wrong.

Nat, thanks for the great idea! I got iPeriod (free version) on my iPod touch. Now I can easily track it down!
