I KILLED my mini workout today 🔥🙌🏽
40 squats
40 tri-squats
30 wall push-offs
And carrying groceries up two flights of stairs 😂
Don't worry, I'm being safe with hydration and taking small breaks for blood circulation!
Also, I got my maternity photos back! ❤️
I hope y'all are killing it today 🔥🙌🏽

Good for you ! Before carrying bags up the stairs becomes an issue, look into "Climb Cart". It works great for my bad back and leg as you can use body weight to your advantage by just leaning forward to get it up the steps.
