I don't know whats up with me I just can't seem to sit and write in my journal. I read what everyone writes but I just can't be bothered logging an entry. I actually decided to have a glass of wine and relax and here I am.
I am tired though it's been along day now all I need to do is make dinner and my hubby would like a pizza, I think that will go okay with my wine.
Have to get a move on take care everyone.

Thank's Ann, It's hard to pull myself out of this slump and I am not paying to much attention to what I eat so I know my weight will be up tomorrow. Well enough is enough I am going to start with positive thinking and prayer always helps. Take care Ann I know you have been going through some tough times.

Sometimes a day with a little more calories jolts the metabolism when you return to your usual food plan - you may see a loss.
