What batter did you use for the waffles?

@Krainy…1 tbs balanced almond flour, 28g shredded cheese, 1 egg white, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (14 g shredded cheese to go first in waffle maker (7g) each chaffle for extra crunch) MAKES 2 chaffles…(I put cheese, batter, cheese to cook) recipe is from KETO TWINS on YouTube.

I also add a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder but you could add seasonings of your liking.
