Greetings Buddies:
I just finished getting myself set up for the week ahead by pre-cooking vegetables; mashed cauliflower as my potato substitute, and an eggplant medley with mushrooms and red bell pepper with olive oil.
It is funny I do not get sick of eating the same veggies at all - I picked things I really like so I do not feel deprived.
I also went to OTF and had a good workout - even challenged myself to use a 30lb dumbbell for the triceps overheads and squat presses. I am generally using between 15lb to 25lb depending upon the move and the reps.
Building muscle and losing fat is my goal!
Words of the week: Be fierce and focused! (Thanks JW)
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent
