Woke at 223.7, down 1.6 from yesterday. Protein coffee to start but fasting until 4 pm before eating solid food. UPDATE: I didn't get to eat until 9 pm as we are down a car and I was picking up and dropping off Denise and Jason for their work shifts and then had my online happy hour later. I steadily dropped weight throughout the day and ended up at 221.7. I got all my calories in, including all my protein at 152 grams.
