Mandy, I didn't use a recipe. I chopped the cabbage, onions & sweet peppers. Heat EVOO & add the onion & peppers....sauté til soft. Add the cabbage & continue cooking. I added a splash of chicken broth, covered & cooked til done. I chopped a small chunk of ham hock I had cooked blackeyed peas with & mixed into the cabbage mixture at the end of cooking for flavor. You can season to taste. I used some black pepper.
