I almost strayed last night if it werent for my amazing Mr. I was like " bae, do we have any cookies? " and we was like " no, no cookies" and I let it go. Then 2 hours later I saw him eating cookies.. and boy was I grateful!!! I even made it thru the movies with no popcorn... only some berrries to snack on..I feel renewed today and ready to take on the world BUT i realized I dont have any emergency snacks for sweet craving so I gonna try an whip up some fat bombs since i have all the stuff to make them. Happy Saturday to everyone. Go me !

I agree with BuffyBear that you are so lucky to have someone watching your back. My mister is great but never having a weight problem, he doesn't quite understand the whole process. However, you made excellent choices last night and I, too, am going to look into making some fat bombs this weekend. No wonder you are down 30 pounds!!!!

Aweee--he is too cool! My hubby cooks my special meals and is so patient--even when I get that diet cranky thing going on. LOL. It just takes someone to get us through our cravings and once through them, dang it, it makes me love him even more. LOL. There's not much junk here--well any junk I like and that's helps, unless I want something and need that twenty minutes to get over it. LOL.
