Just got back from North Carolina. It’s about 3 PM and I weigh 224.0! That’s way up from the 215.2 from Friday morning. Lots and lots of eating and drinking! Time for an adjustment! UPDATE: I was surprised to weigh 220.1 before dinner. The water weight is starting to move out already.
